Worth its 3 stars. This hotel was reasonable base for exploring Richland, greatly enjoyed it.

For dinner we chose Roasters Coffee, that was 900 feet from the hotel. The venue was great in general. Free parking on-site was provided. Wonderful base for a trip in Richland.

A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like Stone Soup Cafe that was only 10 minutes' walk away. The location is next to howard amon park. View of sunsets was beautiful! Pool was a nice addition.
